- Payment data (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).

How payment data is handled
Payments are processed through Stripe. HANDiY does not store full card numbers, CVCs, or bank account credentials. Stripe acts as our payment processor and is subject to its own privacy and security commitments.
How we use your data
- Providing customer support, expert sessions, and contractor referrals.
- Billing, payouts, refunds, and dispute resolution.
- Safety: verifying identity, investigating misuse, protecting users.
- Operating, improving, and securing the platform.
- Sending transactional emails, receipts, and important account notices.
Sharing
We share information with the experts, contractors, and admins involved in your sessions, with service providers such as Stripe and our hosting infrastructure, and when required by law.
Your choices
You can update or delete your profile information from your account settings. Contact us if you would like a copy of your data or wish to close your account.
